Set 2 originally belonged to Liberty E. Holden and then was given to Gould Academy. Inside front cover of each volume contains a bookplate bearing his name.
Each volume of set 2 inscribed on first flyleaf: "Ezra Holden from Wm Willis." (Probably Liberty E. Holden's uncle, Ezra Holden, 1803-1846)
