Digitized Indexes

For researchers who cannot visit our facility in person, we are pleased to be able to make available online versions of several of our unique 3 x 5" index card files and typed indexes. These indexes represent many years worth of effort by our volunteers and staff to increase the ease of conducting research.

Tips for Searching the Indexes

Text has been extracted from these cards using optical character recognition (OCR), to make them keyword searchable. After opening a stack of cards, press Ctrl+F (Command+F on a Mac) on your keyboard to open a keyword search box and easily jump to relavent records.

Please note that the OCR process is not perfectly accurate and keyword searches may miss a few results. If you do not find what you are looking for by keyword search, you should still try searching by scrolling to the correct place.
